International Exhibition Opportunity with the Icelandic Printmakers Association

A chance for Upland printmakers to exhibit with the Icelandic Printmakers Association in a joint two-part exhibition.
Upland is pleased to partner with Gracefield Arts Centre and the Icelandic Printmakers Association (IPA) to present an international print exhibition for our member artists in 2018.
This is a joint exhibition for which printmakers from Dumfries & Galloway (Members of Upland) and printmakers from Iceland (Members of the Icelandic Printmakers Association) will exhibit work in both countries.
The exhibition will be first shown at Gracefield Arts Centre in Dumfries and then on to Iceland to be exhibited at the Icelandic Printmakers Association in Reykjavik. The Icelandic Printmaker’s Association (also known as the Printmakers Union) in its current form was established in 1969 however it was originally established in 1954. The Association runs its own gallery and studio in the centre of Reykjavik. https://islenskgrafik.is/
