We are delighted to have established a new partnership with the Kirkcudbright Galleries in their inaugural year enabling us to create an exhibition opportunity for Upland Members.

The exhibition aims to showcase a diverse range of works highlighting the topical issues of climate change, renewable energies and conservation through innovative creative practice. The exhibition hopes to raise awareness and stimulate discussion, offering an insight into how environmental concerns manifest and inform artists and makers practice.

Exhibiting artists:

Katie Anderson, Amanda Simmons, Linda Mallett, Morag Paterson, Ted Leeming, Patti Lean, Jennie Ashmore and Liz Perry.

The exhibition runs from 13 October – 9 December 2018

Artist Talk: Saturday 10th November 2.30pm
Ted Leeming and Morag Paterson will discuss their work in the exhibition, their artistic practice and involvement in the wider Energise residency project taking place within the Galloway Glens. This is a free event. PLEASE BOOK HERE.
