Linda is a full time artist based on the Mull of Galloway. She has a studio and gallery, ‘The Mull of Gallery ‘where she showcases and exhibits local artist work alongside her own. This has always been a passion for Linda to support other artists and inspire and encourage people to create across the age spectrum.

Linda graduated with BA(Hons) in Fine Art in 1983 from what was then Preston Polytechnic and later in 2007 she graduated with a Masters in Art Psychotherapeutic Practice from Leeds University.

Linda’s work has encompassed many different aspects, from self-employment with design and print companies and actively working as an art therapist in severe and enduring mental health environments such as hospitals, sex work projects and prisons. She has taught community workshops in both D&G and in Greater Manchester and Nottingham.

Linda has exhibited across Dumfries and Galloway and areas of Greater Manchester. She has been a Spring Fling Artist for several years. Linda is passionate about community volunteering with Alzheimer’s Scotland and local schools.
