Aidan Nicol

I am a creative producer, interactive installation artist and moving image maker. I am excited by collaboration and interdisciplinary approaches which create surprising experiences.

My practice is informed by community and place with a focus on rurality, nature and playfulness. My work is designed for community interaction and most recently has explored landscape, nature and climate through visual theatre design, film and edible art.

I would describe myself as an emerging artist as over the last two years I have been exploring a new creative identity- although I have been slowly creating my own work over many years.

I regard myself as an experienced creative producer and development consultant within theatre, festivals and community arts delivery which I have experience of within a national, international and regional delivery context.
