Wendy Ann Stanger

I am a textile artist specializing in creating unique surfaces, using natural fibres with real dried flower inclusions. I am massively inspired by the rugged landscapes of Northern England and the Borders area, which is reflected in the materials I choose to work with and the subject matter of the pieces I produce. I predominately work from my garden studio near Gretna, alongside this I have an open studio at Farfield Mill where work can be viewed.
