Call Out: Public Art Commission

For 2017 we wish to commission a public art project or projects for the lead up to Spring Fling, 27th-29th May and are inviting initial expressions of interest.
Spring Fling is a vibrant visual art and craft open studios event covering the length and breadth of Dumfries and Galloway in South West Scotland; it is highly regarded as one of the UK’s most successful contemporary visual art and craft events.
In addition to the core event, visitors to Spring Fling Open Studios have enjoyed a number of extra events and happenings such as Couch, Spring Fling Rural Mural (SFRM), Spring Shows, and a series of local, national and international exhibitions.
