Modern Makers featured in ClayCraft Magazine
We are very excited to see our Modern Makers project featured in the latest issue of ClayCraft Magazine and also making the front cover!
This year's Modern Makers worked with slipware potters Fitch and McAndrew, spending two days a week at their pottery gaining an insight into various aspects of the slipware process, from the mixing of materials, the making and decorating of the pots, through to assisting in the exciting firing of the pieces in the wood kiln.
Hannah McAndrew has written feature on the project for the latest issue of the magazine which is out now. Available in all Hobbycrafts, selected supermarkets and WHSmiths. The images used to accompany the feature were taken by Colin Tennant who documented the project for us.
