Gyllian Thomson Awarded The Scottish Arts Club Award

Gyllian Thomson is based in Thornhill, and was awarded the Scottish Arts Club award from Visual Arts Scotland, based in Edinburgh, for her handwoven tapestry "Linear Corridor".

The 'Reverb' exhibition was the largest in recent years and Gyllian was chosen from many distinguished artists working in her field of tapestry.

The award was given by representitives of the Scottish Art Club in Edinburgh, and Gyllian will exhibit her solo show at their Rutland Square home in March 2023.
